Refund & Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at crescentbyan@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
How to Return Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised items (e.g. engraved jewellery)
- Sealed items that have been opened for hygiene reasons
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
